Welcome to the 5th, 13-week,
My Chocolate Season!

I love crafting stories about fantastic food & beverages, including my all-time favorite, CHOCOLATE. I've written dozens of chocolate-focused stories for The Chocolate Professor, and a cover story about chocolate shops across the state for KANSAS! Magazine.

And that gorgeous sky above? That's the view from a mineral-rich pool at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa, in New Mexico - one of my favorite spots in the northern half of the state.
